Contract
This contract is executed between Quality Travel Service (referred to as the owner) and ____________________ (referred to as the client).
- DRIVER/VALID INSURANCE/VALID DRIVER LICENSE
Only person(s) listed on this rental agreement or listed on provided insurance, may drive carrier van. A copy of your driver’s license and insurance is required.
- INCIDENTS
ANY incidents that result in damage to passenger carrier caused by occupants during rental period, will be billed to you and/or renters’ insurance company, including vehicle downtime for lost wages. You are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance. There will be a $500 fee for any vomit or trashing incidents and $200.00 deposit will be forfeited.
- PAYMENTS
Deposits paid constitutes a contract with Quality Travel Service LLC. Half down for deposit required to hold requested dates. Deposit non-refundable. Remaining total is due 7 days before trip, along with the $200 deposit. The $200 deposit is refundable following all the proper terms and conditions of this rental agreement are followed correctly. Violation of this rental agreement will result in deposit being forfeited.
- DRUG & ALCOHOL
No smoking or drug use inside or around passenger carrier, No one under 21 to consume alcohol. Violation with automatically forfeit the $200.00 deposit.
- LOSS OF PROPERTY, DAMAGES, INJURIES
We are not responsible for any injuries, lost, damage, or theft of personal property in or around carrier.
- RETURN POLICY/FUEL
There is an additional $50 fee for late returns 2 hours after scheduled return; Any returns after 2 hours will result in a additional full day charge. Vehicle must be returned on FULL (as received on full), if not returned on full the cost to fill the rental back up will be deducted from the $200.00 deposit and the remaining balance will be returned.
